21785. JESUS CHRIST IS LORD
Paroles et Strophes
3 parties
Verse 1
Though Jesus existed with God, in same form with His being equal, yet He would not cling to that form. Yet He would not cling to that form.
Verse 2
But our Savior emptied Himself, and taking the form of a servant, He came in the likeness of men. He came in the likeness of men.
Verse 3
And when Jesus lived as a man, He humbled Himself by becoming obedient unto His death, Obedient unto His death,Therefore God exalted Him to the highest place. Therefore God has given Him name above all names. At the name of Jesus Christ ev'ry knee should bow. In heav'n and earth and under earth, ev'ry knee will bow. Ev'ry tongue will confess Jesus Christ is Lord, Jesus Christ is Lord, Jesus Christ is Lord.
