22222. I LOVE MY SAVIOR BEST OF ALL
Lyrics & Stanzas
4 portions
Verse 1
Jesus came to give me life, set me free from sin and strife, And is saving all who answer to His call; He is keeping me each day, I'm rejoicing on the way, That is why I love my Savior best of all.
Verse 2
I am happy in His love, on my way to heav'n above, And I'm telling out the story where I go; Holy Spirit is my guide, ever with me to abide, And the blood of Jesus cleanses white as snow.
Verse 3
Sinner, listen to the call of the One who gave His all, He is calling you to turn from sin and wrong; He will be your dearest friend and go with you to the end, You will then begin to sing the vict'ry song.
Chorus
Jesus suffered on the cross to redeem my soul from loss, All they offered Him to drink was bitter gall; It was all for you and me that He suffered agony, That is why I love my Savior best of all.
