Verse 1
I often feel discouraged about this life on earth, But then I think of Jesus, about His humble birth.

Christ came to buy my pardon; sent down from Heav'n above, Laid simply in a manger, to us He brought God's love.
Verse 3
"About my Father's bus'ness," that's what He came to do. To teach us to be humble, and to our God be true.

They mocked Him and they cursed Him, they spat upon His face, They crucified my Savior, He humbly took my place.
Verse 5
Now when I feel discouraged, I think of Calvary. Christ died for my salvation, He gave His life for me.
